What is a Primer? A primer is a concept drawn from Seti. The basic ides that two cultures that are totally different from each other, have only one means of communication open to them. Seti would expect beginning of a code, which then be deciphered- therefore, encoded message in such a way that certain universal truth's are required to be known, before decription could ever begin. www.linux-host.org/energy/giza.htm
